On April 13, 2022, there was a panel discussion followed by a musical performance in the Clive Davis Theater at the Grammy Museum. The event was called "The Souinds of East L.A. and the Chicano Movement." The panelists were singer/songwriter Little Willie G, singer/songwriter Mark Guerrero, vocalist Geree Gonzalez, and manager/producer Art Brambila. the moderators were Dr. Melissa Hidalgo and Dr. Veronica Terriquez. The musical performances happened in the following order: Little Willie G backed by guitarist Bobby Robles, Mark Guerero backed by guitarist John Valenzuela and bassist Rick Reyes, Geree Gonzalez backed by Mark Guerrero on guitar, Geree Gonzalez backed by Trio Los Dados, Mark Guerrero backed by Trio Los Dados, and a finale with all performers on stage.
